Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send my ashes, dried flowers, or other materials?

How you choose to send your materials is up to you. I recommend sending them in a small ziplock bag or small plastic container, double bagged for extra protection. Please feel free to write your loved one’s name on the bag/container. Once your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation email with the mailing address where the ashes should be sent. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

How much ash should I send?

I require a tablespoon per piece. This ensures I am able to carefully create your custom piece with intentional placement. If you order multiple pieces you may place each portion in the same container.

What do you do with leftover ashes?

Once your custom piece is finished I will securely enclose any remaining ashes I received in a seal proof bag to be sent back with your order.

How long does it take to receive my custom piece?

I quote 4-6 weeks from when I receive the materials. However, it is largely dependent on the volume of orders I have at any given time and my stock available for your custom order. I will make sure once contact is made to be fully transparent about your estimated wait time. Open communication throughout the process is always available and I try to ensure each piece is created in a timely manner. In the unlikely event it takes longer than 6 weeks, I will contact you directly upon order placement.

Do you offer other options that are not listed in your shop?

I do! Due to the nature of the products I make, my priority is creating a memorial piece for you to honor your loved one in the best way I can. I keep a limited inventory of stock supplies which is what I have listed. However, I am available for consultations at any point to collaborate with you. I do have access to higher end settings such as 14-18k solid gold or white gold, as opposed to 14k gold plated or Sterling Silver. We can create a piece that you feel will best honor your loved one and your journey through healing.

What materials do you use?

All of my pieces are created in 925 Sterling Silver and 14k gold plated 925 Sterling Silver. If you prefer anything other than Sterling Silver I would need to consult to quote pricing and time. However, I am more than happy to accommodate specific wishes.

I use two-part jewelry grade epoxy resin. I have found it to be the gold standard to use for creating a lasting piece that will keep its quality, clarity, and strength for the years to come.

Do you create pieces for pets?

YES! We are avid lovers of our four-legged family members around here. I would be honored to help you memorialize the spirit of your four-legged family member as well. Whether it be ashes or hair, custom pieces for your fur babies is an option.

Do you create pieces with materials other than ashes or dried flowers?

I do! I have created pieces with sand, dirt, hair, breastmilk, and other various materials. I am open to creating a custom piece for you based on your wishes. If you have any special requests or questions about a custom piece, I’d be more than happy to discuss it with you!
